By paying the specified fee, users acquire the non-transferable right to download purchased data from our server within two weeks after payment exclusively for their own private use. Users are responsible for ensuring that they indeed download the data within this period.
You need the Bike GPS RichTrackFactory software to use the data.
We accept no liability for risks arising from the use of the GPS data.
Once they have downloaded the data, users are entitled to install the data on no more than two computers (e.g. one desktop and one laptop computer) and to use it for their own private purposes. Backup copies may be made for private use. Users are not permitted to pass on the data in any form, including any changed or modified form. The commercial use of online content, tour descriptions and GPS data purchased from our website is prohibited.
Violations of copyright and every unlawful use of the data will be prosecuted.
